Patient feedback

The Practice always welcomes feedback and suggestions for patients. The Patients Forum plays an important role in gathering and discussing comments and views that are collected in a variety of ways.


These include:


  • Suggestions from the feedback boxes at both the Charles Hicks Centre and the Roman Gate surgery. These are discussed with the Practice manager and staff at Forum meetings. All suggestions are responded to individually and the results are on display on the ‘You said-we did’ notice boards


  • The Family and Friends survey results are collected each month by the Practice and share with the Patients Forum at regular intervals. The tab below shows some of the responses and a summary of the feedback


  • More feedback is also available on the NHS Choices website. The tab below shows how the Practice is rated by patients, along with some online feedback and other information


  • Our last Patient Survey was conducted in 2013. The results are available on the second tab below. Another survey is being planned.


We are extremely lucky to have such a good

surgery here in Godmanchester. Online repeat

prescriptions and appointment bookings, plus

telephone consultations where appropriate.

Charles Hicks It is a fantastic surgery and practice and I can't praise the staff enough. They looked after my Mum so well and I am very grateful for everything they did.

If only all surgeries looked after their patients this well
