Events and opportunities from your local Healthwatch

Dear Merle,

Book your place at our Championing Access event

Thursday 7 July, 10am to 3pm, KingsGate Centre, Peterborough

Two people communicating in British Sign Language at a Healthwatch event

The big focus is on equal access to health and care services and tackling health inequalities.

Too often, things like where you live, your income, your background, your ethnicity, and your gender can determine your chance of developing – and dying from - health conditions like heart disease.

Find out how NHS and care services are starting to work together differently as part of a new Integrated Care System. And what's being done to tackle some of the big issues locally like hospital waiting times.

Have your say on what matters most to you — and tell us what changes you’d like to see to local services.
