Why join the Patients Forum

We know that your healthcare is very important.  Part of our role is to act as the representative of the 13,500 patients of the Charles Hicks and Roman Gate Practice.

If you want to provide feedback, this will be submitted to the Partners at the Practice and you will receive a response to your feedback from the Practice.

If you wish to provide anonymous feedback, there are forms and feedback boxes at each surgery.
